How fast can you really turn around a plan set?

Standard residential sets ship in 2–3 business days. Larger residential (20–30 kW) takes 3–4 days. Commercial timelines are quoted per project. Need it faster? We offer a 24-hour expedited add-on for $300.

What if the AHJ kicks back the plans?

Unlimited revisions are included on every plan set — no extra cost, no clock. We work with you until the permit is approved. Our first-pass approval rate is currently 100%.

Do you handle the actual permit submission?

Yes. For an additional $600 we'll file directly with your local AHJ, track the application, and follow up until issuance. You get status updates through our client portal.

Can you handle interconnection and SGIP filings?

Absolutely. We manage utility interconnection (any US utility, plus LUMA in Puerto Rico) and Permission To Operate as a $400 add-on. SGIP filings for California are also available — we handle the paperwork end to end.

What battery brands do you design around?

Tesla Powerwall 2/3, Enphase IQ Battery 5P, Franklin aPower 2, FranklinWH, EG4, Sol-Ark, SimpliPhi, and most major NEC 706-compliant ESS systems. Add ESS design to any plan set for $200.

How does pricing actually work?

Flat-rate, no surprises. Residential ≤20 kW starts at $600. Pro 20–30 kW from $1,000. Commercial 30 kW+ from $2,000. Add-ons (permitting, interconnection, ESS, SGIP, expedited) are itemized upfront.
