These terms govern your use of enersolconnect.com and, once you're a client, your engagement of EnersolConnect's engineering services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

EnersolConnect provides PE-stamped solar and electrical permit plan sets, permit submission support, utility interconnection applications, and related engineering deliverables for residential and commercial projects in the United States and Puerto Rico. Pricing shown via the on-site calculator is an estimate based on the information you provide; final pricing is confirmed once we review your actual project details.

Website use

This website and its content (text, calculator, design) are provided for informational purposes and to let you request a quote. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping at scale, no attempting to disrupt the calculator or contact form, no submitting false project information to obtain a quote.

Service engagements

Specific scope, price, turnaround time, and revision terms for any project are confirmed directly with you (by email, WhatsApp, or the client portal) before work begins — these terms don't replace that project-specific agreement, they cover general use of our website and business relationship. Turnaround times published on this site (e.g. "2–3 business days") are typical, not guaranteed, and can vary with project complexity or AHJ/utility response times outside our control.

Liability

Our engineering deliverables are prepared to the applicable code and jurisdiction requirements known to us at time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or costs caused by AHJ or utility processing times, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, or changes in code/requirements after delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
