EnersolConnect ("we," "us," "our") provides solar and electrical permit engineering, PE-stamped plan sets, and interconnection services in the United States and Puerto Rico. This policy explains what information we collect through enersolconnect.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, use the pricing calculator, or message us via WhatsApp or email, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, project location, and project details (system size, service needed). We do not collect payment information through this website; project payments are arranged directly and are not processed on-site.
Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data automatically (pages visited, approximate location from IP, device/browser type, referring site) via Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. This is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you've also submitted the contact form.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and project inquiries
- To deliver contracted engineering services (plan sets, permit submissions, interconnection applications) if you become a client
- To improve the website and our marketing based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
Our contact form is processed by Formspree. Site analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Client project management, once you're a client, runs through our client portal (portal.enersolconnect.com), which is covered by this same policy. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data that passes through their systems.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@enersolconnect.com. If you're a California resident, this includes rights under the CCPA to know what personal information we've collected and to request its deletion.
